Why we do it

While an abundance of Nicaraguan Christians are capable, available and willing to continue this work, they simply do not have the financial resources needed. Most can barely feed their own families. Nicaraguan’s per capita income is among the lowest in the world and the unemployment rate there is over 80%. The Nicaraguan government budgets only forty-four cents per day for prison administration.
